New members: Within 30 days of purchase, if you're not satisfied with SnailBot, you may request a full refund (including setup fee) minus 5% for payment processing and support fees, and minus the value we estimate you gained from your usage (to avoid abuse of our service).

You may also request to cancel your subscription at any time through the dashboard. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current paid term.
